Programme of retreats and workshops 2026 and 2027
All the retreats and workshops designed by Irene Goikolea are experiential. Together with other people, different paths of inner healing are explored, using tools such as depth psychology, shamanism, Eastern philosophy, conscious movement, meditation, systemic rituals and contact with Mother Nature.
The common thread is shadow work and the archetypes of the SELF.
Archetypes are universal models of energy and behaviour rooted in the collective unconscious, which are continually expressed through our behaviour, emotions and dreams. By going deeper into the shadow and the light of each archetype, limiting patterns are released and gifts, strengths and essential qualities are revealed.
This process of inner alchemy opens up spaces of deep healing and reconnects you with the purpose of your soul.

The yearly programme consists of four seasonal retreats and a retreat in nature that includes a specific shadow workshop. All of them can be done independently or as a complete cycle of personal transformation.

Connect with wisdom
The Vision Quest is an invitation to withdraw in solitude and silence to let ourselves be touched by the living presence of the Earth, to be held and transformed by her, to remember our purpose, to honour the elements and the lineage that precedes us.
